SX-Windows Documentation Project - Hard Drives
This is just an adaptation of my old hard drive tutorlais for SX-Windows 2.x. If you've read that from the old page then you really dont need to read this one unless you're just curious about installing SX-Windows.

For starters I recommend you familiarize yourself with SX-Windows. If you're complete lost, read the first chapter of the SX-Windows Documentation Project and then come back to us (if you're here and you haven't read it you're going in the wrong order anyway :-)

First things first. Boot up SX-Windows :-) Once things are going, right click on the System Menu and pick the Configuration option. Click the 'Dipswitch Configuration' button. You'll get a menu that looks like this.

The SX-Windows equivalent to switch.x

Basiclaly you're just going to want to configure yours to look like mine. I'll get into specifics in another tutorial. The option we're really worried about is the second one. This changes the number of hard drives accessable from format.x or the SX-Windows equivalent of(or anywhere else on the machine for that matter).

The rest of the options aren't really necessary to change at this point(if you're using the copy of ex68 from this site you should already have it configured like this or similarly).
